At Snackiva Bites, we take product quality very seriously.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
